Empowering Self-Care System-Framework (Virtual or Live)

Our empowering self-care system framework is just that – a system. Over a several-month period, we offer a one to two-hour virtual training on our self-care framework, with a virtual follow-up coaching/think tank session twenty-five days after the training.

During our time together, using the 4A’s, we analyze the following:

Our system is designed to help employees and leaders work through a process of self-care that leads to making it a daily priority in their lives. We will work hard to weave it into the DNA of your organization!

We believe that individuals embracing self-care, from an organizational perspective, can look forward to:

1. Having a greater sense of well-being on the job.

3. Improving employee retention.

2. Helping to enhance corporate or organizational culture.

4. Enhancing internal and external staff self-care motivation.

This is different from offering a wellness program; we are helping people internally embrace the need for self-care first, which opens the door to using wellness programs!
